This hotel is situated in a very convenient location, being adjacent to a shopping center which has two supermarkets. It is also located in a forest area, providing a tranquil environment and a lovely view. the rooms are well, facilitated, clean and tidy. the breakfast served every morning is delicious and has a good variety of options to choose from. the service provided by the staff is outstanding, making the stay worthwhile.

The pay, per, view TV system can be improved to be more informative.

Family, friendly hotel. Good for kids. Conveniently located. the hotel is very family, friendly, great place to stay with kids. Located within a mall, giving multiple dining and shopping options. Close to the Bear Park, and Langedrag which was a plus. the hotel also has a treasure hunt for kids and a bouncy castle for them to play.

Little old fashioned, no good value for the price. For the price paid, the hotel did not offer much value.

The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms with double beds and bunk beds are perfect for families, offering comfortable accommodation for both parents and children. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Best for families with kids! The hotel was great for kids, with a hidden coin in the room that they can exchange for toys, and a big bouncy castle in the playroom. They also have a low kids' buffet table at breakfast and pull-out bunk beds in the rooms. Plus the hotel is located really close to the famous park, making it super convenient to visit.

The dinner buffet wasn't great and didn't have many vegetarian options. the rooms don't have terraces or balconies.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially with the family package that included breakfast and entry to the bear park. The rooms were clean and had a nice touch with the bunk beds. The staff provided great service and the location, right near the bear park, was fantastic. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a fantastic buffet to start the day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we had no complaints.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and fresh breakfast. The location next to a mall with supermarkets was convenient for groceries and shopping.
